Master installation:
It's done by Consult+Ltd specialists, who would offer you the optimal
layout of the equipment depending on the dimensions and the position
of your premises
General requirements for the premises: separate power supply, connected
to a UPS (Unceasing Power Supply) , the temperature within should
be between 18° and 26° C;
Installation and running-in time: up to two working days (depending
on the type of the chosen configuration and the number of the work
stations).
Training:
The standard training for operating with CAD system's basic modules
includes a 5-day training of two people at Consult+Ltd's training
center (in Rousse or Sofia) and a 5-day training (running-in) at
client's place. The training for the additional modules (Pattern
Design, Converting, Control of CNC cutters) is negotiated separately
(upon client's request). A special certificate verifying the ability
to operate with a Consult system is awarded to those that have successfully
passed the exam upon course completion.
An additional training for operation with the modules is also offered.
The time and the price are subjected to additional agreement. The
traveling expenses, the daily allowances and the bed nights for
the training in Rousse are paid by the client.
In case of interest we also offer hardware support training (plotters,
digitizers) and maintenance training for the other equipment and
machines that we offer. The details are negotiable. Most of the
manufacturers of the equipment also organize such training courses
in their education centers.
The languages, which the training for operation with ConsultX 2000
is offered at for the moment are: Bulgarian, Russian and Hungarian.
The menus of ConsultX 2000 system itself are also written in these
languages. Additional languages can also be added subsequently.
Warranty:
The warranty period for all the equipment we offer and for the CAD
system as a whole is within 12 months from the purchase/master installation
date. An additional warranty can also be provided in certain cases
subjected to additional agreement between the parties.
Maintenance and support
Guarantee support (within the specified warranty period);
Post-guarantee support – a subscription contract
Ensures timely reaction (within 24 working hours) in case of equipment
malfunction/break-down and on-line consultations (phone/fax/e-mail),
as well as regular updating of your software when an improvement
or expanding of the software within the existing version is made;
Post-guarantee support w/t a contract – in case of personnel availability
and a physical ability on the side of technical staff, with no guaranteed
reaction time;
Order of consumables for the plotters and the printers offered,
as well as of the basic set of spare parts for the whole range of
machines and equipment offered;
Periodical update/upgrade of the current version of your CAD/CAM
software in case of enhancement and/or expanding of its functions;
