The cutting room of company Carina AD was equipped with automated machinery for spreading and cutting, produced by our partner F.K. group, Italy
	The spreader Superautomatic 480 CNC has a color touch screen display. The mattress programming is quick and easy and then the machine performs all operations by itself. Even the most delicate and thin fabrics are spread with fine quality and precision thanks to the technologies patented and implemented by F.K. group
The CNC cutter Top Cut 7,5 works with compressed mattresses up to 75 mm. It displays the marker at the on board PC and the operator can make corrections of the already created markers just before cutting starts. The integrated systems “Intelligent Knife” and “Flexi Vacuum” guarantee the quality of the cutting process
	The unique technologies of the software designed by company Program Consult – CAD system ConsultX 2003 give the ability to cut out of checked and striped fabrics. With the assistance of a large number of data converters the users can receive patterns and styles data via e-mail and further operated with it in the ConsultX 2003 system.
